Most of the churches in Belize are pastored by men who are getting older and nearing the need for retirement. The associational leadership is encouraging the local churches to identify and begin training younger men the Lord may be calling. The association has partnered with RTIM to provide the more academic side of this training and preparation.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- All participants must have a valid passport, not expiring within six months of the final date of the trip.
Responsibilities
- Teaching a portion of the module curriculum
Restrictions
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be an approved teacher with RTIM
Preparation
- Prior to departure, all participants must read Foreign to Familiar and participate in an orientation session with RTIM staff.
